Jason L. Paris
About
Jason Paris is a founding member of The Paris Law Group, PC, and an experienced and aggressive trial attorney who has been trying cases on behalf of those seriously injured for nearly 25 years. Mr. Paris has tried hundreds of cases to verdict and has had success in all five boroughs as well as in Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Dutchess, Orange, Rockland, and Putnam counties. His verdicts and settlements have totaled millions of dollars in recoveries for those he has represented over his nearly two decades in practice.
Mr. Paris litigates motor vehicle, construction, municipal, and premises cases. He prepares every case for victory by trial. Mr. Paris graduated from Brandeis University and Fordham Law School. Mr. Paris is a member of the Executive Board of Directors of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and has been chosen by his peers as a Super Lawyer. Mr. Paris lives in southern Westchester County with his wife and two teenaged children, and is very active in his community.

A well-known cellist was awarded almost $11 million after a slip and fall in a gourmet food market that resulted in injuries that now hamper her ability to play the instrument.

The client was a pedestrian crossing the street when she was hit by a yellow school bus making a left-hand turn. As a result of the impact, she was forced to fall to the ground and sustained an injury to her shoulder and lower back, both of which resulted in surgeries.
